Return Policy

Kathryn B Designs will accept items for exchange only.  We are unable to accept returns on custom jewelry orders. Please ensure that the item you want to exchange is in new and in re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the purchase date of your order. 

If you would like to make an exchange, please call or email us for authorization. Kathryn B Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. Once your exchange is processed you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
